november 23, 2007. a year after typhoon reming, the president of the philippines declared legazpi city under state of calamity. my mom was so worried that she asked us to evacuate our home in la playa village. lolo found a small hotel in the center of the city, and there we stayed until the typhoon left.
much to our relief, the typhoon changed direction and didn't hit legazpi.
while at the hotel, tito mark kept busy taking my pictures.
